How the cards are made

Sources & Methodology

Each card begins with a publicly documented incident involving an AI or automated decision system. Sources may include reputable reporting, research papers, public evaluations, court records, or statements from the organization involved.

The setup is shortened so it gives context without revealing the outcome. The correct answer reflects the documented incident. Incorrect answers are written as plausible alternatives, but they are not presented as claims about what actually happened.

Explanations summarize the incident in plain language. A source link is included when available so players can read further and judge the evidence for themselves.

This project is educational, not a comprehensive incident database. If you find an error or a better primary source, please send feedback.
